6. Gallery Delivery
Within 10 weeks of your wedding day, you'll receive your finalized online gallery containing high-resolution images. Your gallery will be accessible online, allowing you to view, share, download, and print your artwork directly.
We'll send a final feedback questionnaire to hear about your experience. Reviews are appreciated and support our small business!
5. Wedding Previews
You can expect to receive approximately 50 highlight images the week following your wedding. We know you're excited to see your photos, so we aim to provide you with these sneak peeks while you wait for your full gallery.
Digital files arrive after your ordering session. Albums take 2-4 weeks, while other products vary. Everything ships directly to your home.
4. Wedding day!!
We'll be there on time to capture your special day, emphasizing authenticity while offering gentle guidance as needed. Your enjoyment with your partner and loved ones is our top priority, so kick back and leave the documenting to us.
2-3 weeks post-session, we'll schedule a video call to pick your images and extras. After album design approval, it's ordered and shipped to you.
3. One Month out
We'll schedule a phone call to discuss your wedding timeline, family shot list, and any questions you have. This ensures a relaxed schedule on your big day with plenty of time for everything.
Today's the day! We'll vibe to your playlist, choose outfits, and chat. Expect clear posing guidance so you can relax and have fun!
2. Schedule Your Session
If you've booked a session with us, we'll secure the date for you. We'll collaborate on session ideas, locations, and all the details to ensure a personalized experience tailored just for you.
You'll get a confirmation email with session details and our prep guide which includes tips, hair & makeup advice, and 10+ lingerie shops.
1. Contract & Retainer
Book your date by paying your $1500 retainer, selecting your collection, choosing any add-on's and signing your contract. You'll also receive a welcome questionnaire to help us learn more about you as a couple.

To proceed, we need a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of $1500, all completed online. The remaining payments are due 30 days before your wedding or can be arranged in payment plans if preferred. If you booked an engagement session with us, the payment is due 14 days prior to your session. Please note that all services and products are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
Deciding on whether to have a first look is deeply personal, so choose what brings you both joy. A first look offers an intimate moment away from the hustle, allowing for more time together on your big day. It also provides flexibility in the timeline, allowing for extra portraits and group photos before the ceremony. Most weddings require a minimum of 8 hours of coverage. If you're unsure about the number of hours needed, we recommend booking us for the minimum you're certain about. You can easily add more hours later or upgrade your collection as you finalize your day's details. We're here to assist in creating a faux timeline, providing a visual guide to help determine your needs.
