Wedding in New Orleans – Melissa and Lizeth

Melissa and Lizeth met in New Orleans so they wanted to have their wedding there! What better place to get married, seriously? We were excited when they first contacted us as we’ve never been to NOLA. It was an honor to celebrate a couple days with them and their family. We walked around the city with everyone to photograph portraits and of course had to make a pit stop to grab food because that’s what you do in New Orleans. The ceremony and reception was held at The Degas House. After the ceremony we walked around the streets with the brass band and swung around handkerchiefs. This wedding was absolutely incredible and felt even more special as cops were blocking off the streets for everyone to celebrate. Our week in New Orleans was one to never forget. We love these two and are happy to share their wedding story.
