Casa Rio de Colores Wedding in Austin
James and Samia had their wedding at Casa Rio de Colores in Liberty Hill. We hadn’t heard of this space until they reached out and it’s hands down the coolest space we’ve been to. Samia and James met through a mutual friend that had them meet in the summer of 2013. They got engaged at Zion National Park and here is that story:
“Oh man I was so nervous. It wasn’t really a surprise but it kinda was. She knew I was going to propose on our trip to Zion. In fact, she didn’t want to go originally and said we should use the money for a ring and wedding, so I kinda had to tell her what was up so I could keep my plan. But, she thought I would propose on the backpacking portion of our trip, and we had a day beforehand to explore before we hit the wilderness, and I had decided to propose at the top of Zion valley on our first day. We had lunch at the top and then I asked another visitor to take some pictures of us and told him my plan. After telling Samia how much I loved her, I got down on a knee and asked her to marry me!”
Their wedding at Casa Rio de Colores fit them so perfectly. They have vibrant and laid back personalities. Fiamma Bella did some incredible wood fired pizza for dinner. The agenda for the day was to get married, eat pizza, and enjoy yourselves. Samia and James just wanted all their family and friends in once space celebration. If you scroll down past the ceremony you’ll see an awesome photo Bradley got of everyone in one large photo together. We are so excited to finally share their wedding day so keep scrolling!
