Emily and Adam had their South Congress Hotel Intimate Elopement in Austin before the current covid-19 pandemic. Although they postponed their full wedding day to 2021 they wanted to celebrate with a select number of family. We shared their engagement session last year if you want to see more about them and their proposal. The afternoon was a simple yet important and beautiful elopement. They live streamed their ceremony for others relatives to witness this beautiful afternoon. Honestly, living in a time to live stream is so crucial to these unexpected change of plans and this is a reminder that it’s still a wonderful option for any future wedding and elopement plans!
After the ceremony Adam and Emily shared macaroons from South Congress Hotel’s kitchen. Once they gulfed down a few of these tasty treats the family followed them to the ceremony location to exchange some beautiful words together. We then walked around with Emily and Adam to photograph some beautiful portraits of them around South Congress. We love Austin and this beautiful street because it always lends itself to so many beautiful photo ops with a more candid approach. This afternoon was absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to celebrate with them and their full guest list next year!
