Sarah and Cynthia celebrated their elopement this summer in downtown Fort Worth. We first met Sarah on Instagram over a year ago when she reached out and said she loved our work. It was so exciting when she reached out again saying that her and Cynthia were planning on eloping in the months to come. They both grew up in Fort Worth and love going to the movies at the AMC downtown as well as spending time in the square. What better place to celebrate the first day of your marriage in the same place that you two already share so many memories together.

Cynthia sent Sarah the first message on Ok Cupid and the rest is history. They hit it off immediately. These two love reading, spending quality time together, playing board games and going to concerts together. Here is what they said about their proposal story:

“Sarah: It was a cool December day and we’d spent the day at the park with our pups and had just gotten back home. I felt so relaxed as we sat and talked about the “what if” by the light of our Christmas tree. All of a sudden Cynthia got up and said she needed to go check on one of the pets. When she came back, she asked me to go over to her. I thought she just wanted a kiss so I walked over and to my surprise she started to kneel; I was crying before her knee even hit the floor. It was perfect. I kept crying the happiest of tears and repeating, “Yes!” Then, I went to the other room, to get Cynthia’s ring, we danced to our song, and I proposed back. It was the most magical night.”
